3. The driving wheel of the roller shall be at the back whether it is rolling up or down the slope.
4. In case of steep slope, the light roller shall be used for pre compaction first, and then the heavy roller or vibrating roller shall be used for compaction.
5. When the temperature is higher than 150 ℃, first use a small roller to static pressure 1-2 times, and control the speed between 1.5 km / h and 2 km / h. When rolling, the driving wheel faces the paver, and when rolling the ramp, the driving wheel is in the low position.
2. Recompression
The re compaction shall be carried out immediately after the initial compaction, and the re compaction temperature shall not be lower than 125 ℃. 3. Final pressure
When the mixture is cooled to the specified low temperature, then static preloading is carried out, and vibration compaction is adopted only when the mixture temperature drops to the lower limit (120 ℃). It is carried out immediately after the re compaction. The vibration of small roller is closed, and the speed is controlled at 2km / H ~ 3km / h static pressure for two times, until the road surface is free of wheel trace. When the final compaction is completed, the temperature is not lower than 110 ℃.
